Return Window We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us. Once your return is approved, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. For any questions along the way, don't hesitate to reach out.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items Please note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges The quickest way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you'd like.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the transaction.

If 15 or more business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us.
