Shipping policy
Processing time Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days. All OBRTO Wax Stash products are 3D-printed in New Zealand to order, so please allow this lead time before dispatch.
Domestic shipping (New Zealand) We ship nationwide via tracked courier. Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. Rural delivery may take an additional 1–2 business days.
International shipping We ship internationally via tracked international services. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- Australia: 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, public holidays, or carrier delays outside our control.
Shipping costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Tracking A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Use the tracking number supplied in your dispatch notification to follow your parcel with the relevant carrier.
Customs and duties International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. OBRTO has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Lost or delayed parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
